Your Sourcing Agent
Across Asia
We source products and components from manufacturers in China, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, and India — and deliver them to your business in Europe or the USA.
The Problem With Sourcing Alone
Most Western businesses that try to source from Asia directly face the same problems: language barriers, unreliable supplier vetting, unexpected quality issues, and customs complications. The result is wasted time, wasted money, and a bad experience that puts them off international trade altogether.
A professional sourcing agent like Royal Baltica eliminates these risks. We've already done the groundwork: the supplier network, the language, the relationships, the logistics knowledge. You benefit from all of that — without any of the overhead.
Our Manufacturing Markets
We operate across the key manufacturing hubs of Asia — each with its own strengths.
The world's largest manufacturing economy. Unmatched capacity, scale, and product range — from electronics and components to consumer goods, machinery, and packaging.
A rapidly growing manufacturing hub, particularly strong in electronics assembly, furniture, textiles, and footwear. Competitive labour costs and improving quality standards.
Premium manufacturing for high-spec electronics, automotive components, beauty products, and advanced materials. Ideal for clients with strict quality requirements.
India excels in pharmaceuticals, textiles, and engineering goods. Taiwan is a global leader in semiconductors, precision components, and IT hardware.
How We Find the Right Supplier
Our sourcing process is systematic, transparent, and built around your specific requirements.
1. Requirement Analysis
We analyse your product specs, target pricing, required certifications, and delivery timeline to define the ideal supplier profile.
2. Supplier Research
We search our existing network and active databases of verified manufacturers, cross-referencing factory profiles, capacity, certifications, and export history.
3. Shortlisting & Quotes
We contact suppliers directly, request formal quotes in your currency, and shortlist the top 2–3 options based on price, capacity, and reliability track record.
4. Proposal to You
You receive a clear sourcing proposal: supplier comparisons, our pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and a recommended choice with reasoning.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does your sourcing service cost?
We earn a margin on the goods we source — this is included in the price we quote you. You pay one clear price per unit or per order. There are no upfront fees or retainers for standard sourcing requests.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product and supplier. For standard products, MOQs can be as low as 50–200 units. For custom or private label orders, MOQs are typically higher. We negotiate on your behalf to keep MOQs as low as possible for first orders.
How long does sourcing take?
Initial sourcing proposals are delivered within 24–48 hours. Production and shipping timelines depend on the product — typically 2–6 weeks for production plus 2–5 weeks for sea freight to Europe or the USA.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
Yes. We can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning all customs duties, VAT, and import fees are handled before delivery. We also support FOB and CIF arrangements if you have an existing customs broker.
Can you source any product?
We cover a very wide range of product categories. If it's manufactured in Asia, there is a strong chance we can source it. We don't handle products that require specific licences we don't hold, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals for clinical use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT), and work with standard trade payment terms including 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or letter of credit for larger orders.
